Responsibilities

Summary of Job Profile: 

This internship is designed to provide real-world exposure to sales operations, client handling, lead generation, and business development strategies. The ideal candidate will be a fresh graduate who is passionate about pursuing a career in sales and eager to learn in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities
  • Perform market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential clients
  • Support in preparing sales pitches, presentations, and proposals
  • Follow up with leads through calls, emails, or visits as required
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute fresh ideas for growth
  • Help organize sales events or client meetings when needed
  • Track and report key sales metrics and progress

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSA’s) required to successfully perform the job:

Knowledge:

  • Basic understanding of sales concepts and customer relationship management
  • Awareness of current market trends and business practices
  • Familiarity with digital tools and social selling platforms is a plus

Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Basic data analysis and reporting skills

Requirements

Education required for the position:

  • Recent graduate in Business Administration (BBA)
