Summary of Job Profile:
The Business Development Executive plays a vital role in supporting the sales team and contributing to the growth of Arwen Tech. This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity for a highly motivated individual with a strong interest in the ITeS industry to develop their sales skills and build a successful career in business development.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Conduct
market research and identify potential leads within assigned territories or
industry segments.

Qualify
leads and gather information about their ITeS needs and challenges.
·
Prepare
and distribute targeted marketing materials to generate leads.
·
Manage
and update lead databases effectively.
·
Coordinate
and schedule appointments for senior sales team members with qualified leads.
·
Research
and analyze competitor offerings and identify potential client pain points.
·
Participate
in sales meetings, bid meetings and follow-up activities.
·
Thoroughly
review RFP/tender documents to understand client requirements and expectations.
·
Creating
of business proposals, including executive summaries, technical solutions, and
pricing strategies.
·
Conduct
thorough reviews of proposals to identify and address potential issues.
·
Develop
and maintain an RFP response process to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
· Stay informed about the latest ITeS trends and industry developments
Perform administrative tasks and provide general support to the sales team.
Weekly reports and quarterly review meetings preparation are routine work this is to be communicated to higher management and making essential data recording system is part of the job.
Requirements
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSA’s) required to successfully perform the job:
Must have a deep industry knowledge, must be motivated, highly structured and organized.
Familiar with Arwen’s portfolio of solutions and products. Well verse on MS Office. Strong account management and relationship building skills.
Reliable, responsible, dependable, and driven to exceed sales plan. Demonstrate reasonable and sound judgment. Ability to manage and deal with Decision influencers and makers at customer organizations. Ability to present and win business cases within Arwen’s senior and top management executives.
Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification required for the position:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience
- The minimum educational requirement is a Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business, Engineering, or any related field, but candidates with an MBA or any advanced degree are preferred. Highly self-motivated.
