Responsibilities

Summary of Job Profile:

We are seeking a proficient Flutter Developer to maintain and scale our cross-platform mobile app for iOS and Android. The role involves fixing platform-specific bugs, ensuring smooth backend integration, and optimizing app performance.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintain, optimize, and scale the mobile app built with Flutter and Dart.
• Work closely with backend APIs and payment gateways to ensure seamless integration.
• Identify and fix Android and iOS specific bugs and release timely updates.
• Monitor app performance metrics such as crash logs and memory usage.
• Integrate third-party APIs and Firebase services (Authentication, Cloud Messaging).
• Manage app deployment processes on Google Play Store and Apple App Store. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance app features and user experience.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSA’s) required to successfully perform the job: 

• Strong proficiency in Flutter SDK and Dart programming language.
• Experience with Firebase services including Authentication and Cloud Messaging.
• Knowledge of iOS and Android deployment processes and guidelines.
• Familiarity with third-party API integration and platform-specific features (camera, geolocation).
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve platform-specific issues. 
• Strong understanding of mobile app lifecycle and performance optimization.

Requirements

Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification required for the position:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in the field
• Flutter and Dart certifications are a plus. 
• Experience with Firebase and mobile app deployment certifications are advantageous.
