Summary of
Job Profile:
The Sales Coordinator / Sales Executive plays a critical
role in driving the sales of services and solutions to clients. This position
involves identifying potential sales opportunities, engaging with clients to
understand their needs, and offering tailored services that meet those needs.
The role requires a blend of technical knowledge, sales acumen, and excellent
communication skills to effectively negotiate and close deals.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Enlisting & Engage Customers for the Sales Events.
- Coordinate to organize events with Vendor
- Invitation letter to customer & vendor
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for senior sales team members with qualified leads.
- Perform administrative tasks and provide general support to the sales team.
- Identify potential client pain points & assist in resolving them with the help to AMs.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals.
- Participate in sales meetings and follow-up activities.
- Lead Generation on Partner’s Portal
- Support the Sales team in resolving operational issues and addressing customer inquiries
- Manage and update lead databases effectively.
- Payment follow-up
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSA’s) required to successfully perform the job:
- Understanding of the IT services and solutions landscape.
- Ability to clearly articulate service benefits to clients and negotiate effectively.
- Comfort with IT concepts and the ability to quickly learn about new products or services.
- Capable of handling multiple clients and projects without missing a beat.
Requirements
Education, Experience, Licensure, and Certification required for the position:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, especially within the IT or technology sector.
- Minimum 1-2 Years of proven experience
