Responsibilities

Summary of Job Profile:

Network Engineer (EITM)  is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining network infrastructure within an organization. They ensure the smooth operation of network systems, troubleshoot network issues, and optimize network performance.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Networking protocols: TCP/IP, IPv4/IPv6, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), switching protocols (VLANs, STP).
• Network devices: Routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, wireless access points.
• Network management tools: Cisco Prime, SolarWinds, ManageEngine.
• Security protocols: VPN, IPSec, SSL/TLS.

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSA’s) required to successfully perform the job:

• Good understanding and practical experience with routing protocols & switching technologies. 
• Advanced knowledge in network design, network architecture, protocols and network topology.
• Must be able to work with end users, communicate clearly, and meet deadlines.

Education, Experience, Licensure, and Certification required for the position: 

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of progressive experience.
• Qualification: Bachelors’ degree in Engineering.
• Specific technical qualification/certification: JNCIA-JUNOS, JNCIS, JNCIP, CCNA,CCNP
