Responsibilities

HR Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions including recruitment and employee relations. The HR Executive will play a crucial role in ensuring our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Source and identify suitable candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Assist with the onboarding process, including paperwork and orientation.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and update the applicant tracking system.


Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSA’s) Required to Successfully Perform the Job:

  • Understanding of recruitment processes
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Sourcing candidates using various methods
  • Conducting effective interviews
  • Reviewing resumes and applications
  • Effective communication
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing hiring needs
  • Knowledge of industry trends


Requirements

Education, Experience, Licensure, and Certification Required for the Position:

  • 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field
  • Understanding of recruitment best practices and methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
