Responsibilities

Summary of Job Profile:

The Senior Administration Executive is the backbone of efficient operations, ensuring a smooth-running and professional environment. This individual thrives in a fast-paced world, wearing many hats to provide comprehensive support to senior management and the entire team.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment inventory.
  • Manage store and safekeeping of inventory and supervise the equipment's `ins and outs and movement.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Line Manager (LM) and senior team members, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling travel arrangements.
  • Process payments and handle other office documents as assigned by the LM.
  • Implement and maintain security protocols to ensure the safety and well-being of staff and visitors.
  • Manage guest relations, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience for all visitors.
  • Coordinate with Head office Administration in travel arrangements for staff,
  • Manage logistics for meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Oversee accommodation arrangements for visiting personnel.
  • Manage rental agreements for office space or equipment.
  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Coordinate and provide logistical support for various projects and initiatives

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSA’s) required to successfully perform the job:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • A positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Education, Experience, Licensure, and Certification required for the position: 

  • Minimum Graduate B.Com / BBA or equivalent
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar administrative role
