Responsibilities

Summary of Job Profile:

The HR Intern will assist the Human Resources department with various administrative and operational tasks. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions and contribute to a dynamic team.


Responsibilities:

·         Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

·         Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.

·         Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing new hire packets and conducting orientation.

·         Assist with HR-related projects, such as updating HR policies and procedures.

·         Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.

·         Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries.

·         Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.

·         Assist with payroll processing.


Requirements

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor's or Master's in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

·         Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

·         Strong organizational and time-management skills.

·         Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·         Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

·         Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

·         Previous internship or work experience in a related field.

·         Knowledge of HRIS systems.
