Responsibilities
Summary of Job Profile:
We
are seeking a seasoned professional with a strong software and product
development background in designing, developing, and delivering innovative
e-business and data analytics solutions. This role demands strong product
management capabilities, team leadership, and the ability to drive innovation
and strategic initiatives aligned with business goals.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Development:
- Define and
execute the product vision, roadmap, and development strategy in alignment
with organizational objectives.
- Translate
customer needs, business requirements, and emerging trends into actionable
product features and enhancements.
- Oversee the
implementation of modern technologies, frameworks, and platforms.
- R&D and Innovation:
- Lead R&D
initiatives to explore emerging technologies (AI/ML, automation, data
platforms, etc.) and assess their business relevance.
- Establish and
manage a structured approach to experimentation, prototyping, and
proof-of-concept (PoC) development.
- Collaborate with
internal teams and external partners to evaluate cutting-edge tools,
methods, and frameworks.
- Translate
R&D outcomes into viable product features, enhancements, or new
offerings.
- AI-based COTS Integration:
- Evaluate
AI-based COTS products for their applicability to business needs.
- Deploy,
configure and manage AI based COTS solution
- Develop
integration strategies for AI-based COTS solution
- Software Architecture & Solution Design:
- Create software/
solution design and architecture as per business requirements.
- Evaluate and
select appropriate technologies, platforms, and tools to implement
innovative solutions.
- Prepare project
proposals against the issued RFP.
- Participate and
lead software development as per the design.
- Project Management:
- Manage projects from inception to
delivery, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.
- Maintain
detailed documentation of the solution design and architecture
- Generation of
Innovative Ideas:
- Foster
a culture of innovation within the organization by generating creative and
disruptive ideas.
- Develop
and maintain a strategic vision for technological innovation aligned with
the organization’s goals.
- Brainstorm and conceptualize new business concepts, products, and services that align with market demands and client needs.
- Develop business cases and proposals to pitch innovative ideas to stakeholders and decision-makers.
Requirements

business requirements.

strategies and initiatives.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and proposals to diverse audiences.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for exploring new business opportunities and driving innovation.
Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification required for the position:
- Bachelor's degree
in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Sciences, AI. Advanced
degree (masters) is a plus.
- 6-8 years of experience in a similar role, in technology sector.
- Proven track record of generating and implementing innovative ideas that have contributed to business growth or transformation.
