Responsibilities

Summary of Job Profile:

The PAM and IAM Professional is responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of data security solution. This includes user account management, systems integration, policy development, user support, and ensuring compliance through regular audits.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Install, deploy, and manage PAM, IAM and MFA solutions.
• Creating, modifying, and deactivating and auditing user accounts within the organization's identity management system
• Creating connectors and APIs to integrate access management solutions with existing IT infrastructure.
• Developing policies and rules to access the IT infrastructure.
• Handle user account provisioning, modification, and de-provisioning processes for clients.
• Conduct regular audits of user access and permissions to ensure compliance with client policies and external regulations.
• Provide support to client users experiencing access issues, ensuring prompt resolution.
• Maintain detailed documentation of the of configurations, access and deployment.
• Presenting the deployment architecture and challenges to management.

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSA’s) required to successfully perform the job:

Knowledge

· Knowledge of user account provisioning, modification, and de-provisioning processes.

· Knowledge of PAM (Privileged Access Management), IAM (Identity and Access Management), and MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) technologies and tools.

· Knowledge of directory services (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP).

· Knowledge of network protocols, operating systems, and cybersecurity frameworks.

Skills

· Skill in conducting regular audits of user access and permissions.

· Strong proof of concept (POC) and demonstration skills on identity and access management solutions.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Abilities

· Ability to provide support to users experiencing access issues.

· Ability to maintain detailed documentation.

· Ability to present deployment architecture and challenges to management. 

Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification required for the position:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 to 6 years of experience in access management.
