Responsibilities

Summary of Job Profile

An individual with a software background with 6-8 years of experience in developing and designing innovative e-business and data analytics solutions. Should also have expertise in integrating AI based COTS solutions, including their evaluation, integration, and optimization.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: 

·         Software Design and Architecture

o   Create software/ solution design and architecture as per business requirements.

o   Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, platforms, and tools to implement innovative solutions.

o   Prepare project proposals against the issued RFP.

o   Participate and lead software development as per the design.

·         Expertise in AI based Data Analytics

o   Evaluate AI-based COTS products for their applicability to business needs.

o   Deploy, configure and manage AI based COTS solutions.

o   Develop integration strategies for AI-based COTS solutions.

·         Project Management

o   Manage projects from inception to delivery, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.

o   Maintain detailed documentation of the solution design and architecture.

·         Generation of Innovative Ideas:

o   Foster a culture of innovation within the organization by generating creative and disruptive ideas.

o   Develop and maintain a strategic vision for technological innovation aligned with the organization’s goals.

o   Brainstorm and conceptualize new business concepts, products, and services that align with market demands and client needs.

o   Develop business cases and proposals to pitch innovative ideas to stakeholders and decision-makers

Requirements

• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market intelligence into actionable strategies and initiatives.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and proposals to diverse audiences.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for exploring new business opportunities and driving innovation.

Education, Experience, Licensure, and Certification required for the position:

• Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship, Business Analysis, or a related field. An advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus.
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably technology sector. Fresh graduates with entrepreneurial traits are encouraged to apply.
• Proven track record of generating and implementing innovative ideas that have contributed to business growth or transformation.
