Responsibilities
Summary of Job Profile:
A Pre-Sales Manager to lead Pre-Sales team. This role involves collaborating with Sales, Product Development, and other cross-functional teams to provide technical expertise during the sales process. The Pre-Sales Manager / Consultant will be responsible for guiding the team in understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and ensuring successful sales outcomes.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Pre-Sales team, providing
guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members.
- Collaborate with Sales and Product Development
to understand client requirements and align solutions.
- Assist Sales teams in identifying and qualifying
prospective clients.
- Conduct in-depth assessments of clients'
technical needs and challenges.
- Oversee the development and delivery of
technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts.
- Participate in client meetings to present
technical solutions and address inquiries.
- Assist in creating technical proposals, defining
project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Ensure clear communication of technical
requirements and expectations between clients and internal teams.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging
technologies, and competitors' offerings.
- Conduct training sessions for Sales teams to
enhance their technical knowledge and presentation skills.
- Provide technical leadership and expertise
across all aspects of Pre-Sales activities.
- Collaborate with Product Development to share client feedback and contribute to product enhancement
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and Pre-Sales team performance.
Requirements

Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification required for the position:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer or relevant Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- 8-10 years of experience in a Pre-Sales or technical sales role, with 2-3 years in a leadership capacity
