Responsibilities

Summary of Job Profile:

Associate EITM Application Support Engineer (SolarWinds focus) for L1/L2 support on Endpoint IT Management applications via SolarWinds suite. Entry-mid role for monitoring, patching, and endpoint ops in cybersecurity setups.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

· Provide L1/L2 support for SolarWinds EITM modules: N-central, Patch Manager, endpoint monitoring.

· Monitor dashboards/alerts; resolve tickets on app crashes, config issues.

· Deploy patches/updates via SolarWinds; manage endpoint inventory/compliance.

· Troubleshoot integrations (with EDR/MDM); basic scripting for automation.

· Document KB articles; escalate complex issues with logs.

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSA’s) required to successfully perform the job:

· SolarWinds basics: N-central, Patch Manager, discovery/inventory.

· Endpoint Management: Windows/macOS, networking fundamentals.

· IT support processes (ITIL ticketing).

· SolarWinds console navigation, alert config, report generation.

· Basic troubleshooting apps/endpoints.

· Scripting (PowerShell for SolarWinds tasks).

· Analyze logs/alerts quickly.

· Document solutions clearly.

· Adapt to tool updates. 

Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification required for the position:

· Bachelor's CS/IT/related.

· 0-2 years; SolarWinds exposure preferred.

· Certs: CompTIA Network+, SolarWinds Fundamentals
